In The Set List, "renowned songwriting duo" Ben Elliot (piano) & Anton Lipovetsky (guitar) showcase their greatest hits from their "extensive music catalogue". The thing is, it's completely improvised. Hosted by the award-winning improvisor Mark Chavez (known for "The Sunday Service" and "The Pajama Men"), the show adopts a style of "Inside The Actor’s Studio” meets VH1’s “Behind The Music”.
Using prompts and suggestions from the audience, Mark will guide Ben and Anton through a custom set list and ask them to “spontaneously” perform their hit numbers. Between songs, Mark interviews the duo, gaining hilarious insight into the many facets of their songwriting process and style. The real Ben Elliott & Anton Lipovetsky have cultivated over decade's worth of songwriting chemistry through their many collaborations as songwriters, which is evident in "Set List”.
The show will leave you smiling and humming tunes crafted right before your very eyes and ears.
